Thank you so much 🙏. I would be happy to share more about the condos in Fairway Hills. I'm also happy to do a personal video tour of the units for you. Please reach out at 702-710-6371 and we schedule a Zoom call and talk more.
I love the RIdgers but doubt I could ever afford it. One thing I love about all these nationhoods in Summerlin it they all look so clean and well kept up. I doubt they can totally turn that course all private because it would be taking public spaces away especially open public spaces. It most likely will be a simi private or something along those lines. I doubt they could ever just close that course off to the public entirely since it was originally public land. The 1% will have to live with most people still getting access.
I hear you on that! It is an expensive neighborhood! But you are so right -- Summerlin really looks well designed and well kept! We'll see what happens with that golf course. It will be interesting to see what they do. Are you in Las Vegas?
@@ilovelivinginlasvegas In the Bay Area but I go to Vegas often and love the area, just not the summer heat. I tend to stay away for June July and Aug. I went once for 4th of July and almost melted. I actually like going off season in November and December.
We moved here from the Bay Area and it’s a bit of a shock to the system at first, but when you live here you acclimate and know how to stay cooler. I’ve been out on the bay looking at fireworks on the Fourth of July and nearly froze to death. We had out of town guests and I begged them to wear warmer clothes. I ended up having to give them my coat. Lol 😂
I live in the Atlanta ga area. I wish I did live out there and also have a place in Lee canyon to escape summer heat of Vegas area. Outside of summer months I think Vegas area has great weather & scenic Mountain View’s
Yes, it's fantastic weather most of the time. It's brutally hot right now but I still do outside stuff. It's so much easier than heat with high humidity. We'd love to have you out here!! Is there any way I can assist?
I would but have my 84 year old mom who is not in the best of health near where I live and have to keep an eye on her. Agree the dry heat better than hot and humid. BTW great video and will check out your other vids as well.
@@rmoore7734 You are a good person to care for your mom like that 🙏 mine will be 89 this year. When the time is right, I'd love to work with a person like you.
