Never, ever say what you're building in the video title. Trying to figure out what you're doing is half the fun. And if people complain about it, you can always mention it in the description, low enough that you would need to expand it to see it.

I had a wheel come apart once. It felt like it exploded. Lots of chunks flew in every direction. I was glad of the guard and the face shield.

I only keep my guard handy in case OSHA happens to stop by the job site. Other than that i never use a guard..😁

First video I've watched on this channel. Awesome. Thank you for NOT having a soundtrack. So much better to just watch and enjoy the banging and clanking of someone working in their shop. Good stuff and an awesome idea that has me thinking about building my own mini foundry! Just subscribed and I see binge watching in my future...

Love that turntable in his workbench. The electric version is a good idea, dunno if it's fast or slow though. And it's a complicated way to boil water for tea this way.

Now that's a great idea! As I was watching your video I tried to guess what you where making, I was surprised at what it turned into! So useful especially if you are melting old car tire balancing weights to make fish sinkers.Thanks for sharing!

Wow, this was designed very well. I'll let the trolls go off about the electric heating element, but in reality this is better than most I've seen available for sale. Very well insulated and sealed. I don't know how TF he was able to cut that deep with the diy-router-turned-rotozip, but I'm ok with the magician not sharing his secrets.

Use the longest drill bit you can find, and hope the speed-wobbles don't send it flyin somewhere ya don't want it lol

Drill center hole first, throughout the piece. Then router cut it by half on each side.

The insulation gave it away. It was either going to be a smelter or a heat treat oven, with the smelter being the easy one.

That's brilliant. The heating element is a excellent idea like that seen a few of these builds where it's a propane burner or bbq coals but that electric heating element looks so much better and safer. At the beginning of the vid you wrote in the pump station tank but you didn't mention what the block was?

Those might actually be designed that way 🤔 But yeah in general 3, maybe 4 weeks if I'm lucky and works been slow, and I've worn through the fingers on my gloves and they end up in the "fuckit bucket"

Priming the compressor tank before painting would have extended the life of the paint especially after the superior job in surface preparation. Great video.

You can buy fire grout. It comes in a bag, like cement. It's kinda expensive but you mix it with sand or something. I forget. I bought a bag of it years ago but never used it. Its a big bag and cost about $70..(?). ..anyway, I found a bunch of fire bricks for free on craigslist so I put the bag of grout in my basement, where the water heater is also located. One of the supply lines burst one day and that was the end of my fire grout. Lol
