The right way to start a Pocketbike 

I used to work with a guy who rode one of these to work everyday lol. It was funny passing by him in my car and watching him show up 10 min later than I did.

you can service the carburetor especially the mainjet. also pls check if the magnets on the magneto fan are not rusted. replace with a new NGK B8HS spark plug.

@Kathia Khatoon, Check the overflow valve if it is functioning well and replace the spark plug at the same time. Clean the main jet as well.

@AKASIFAK 1. The choke should be up (close) when cold start 2. I advice you better warm up it by idling the engine at least 10 secs, if possible, 1 minute before u start riding it 3. yes, warm up the engine at least 10 secs but if possible 1 minute and above, by station the bike on the paddock stand

1st thing u should check if u have bent or squeezed the fuel hose which will cause the fuel can't reach to carburetor.

@AKASIFAK Almost right. remember to choke down once the engine is start up, before u going to idle the engine for 1 minute. otherwise u might have to replace the spark plug.

hi. sorry for late reply. yes, you can do so. it will turn faster in the corners. more acceleration but less stability during high speed in straight.

@MrHeadshot1982 check the ignition coil whether it is function properly or not. :)

try keeping the choke up i usually keep it up then put it after its been running for a min or so

yeah ive had a few of the water cooled bike's i have had 2 c1 pocket bike's and a z1 and the z1 was the fastest by far

in ASEAN, we call it QT. But in Western countries, they call it CAG. But actually QT and CAG are so much different than CAG. The origin of QT is from China. The video is showing QT.

if my choke level saying open is down, i still have to pull it up before starting?

what are the stand called for the pocket rocket?

my bike is new and wont start i am thinking of puting gas in the spark plug hole.

i had my mini dirt bike it running for ages and i haven't used it in a while and i just tried to start it up, nothing. didn't even sound like it wanted to start, so i poured fuel into the spark plug hole and it started straight away, but then cut out, now it wont start at all? I think its because no fuel is getting to engine but don't see why as i have a brand new carb and air filter and yes i have fuel mixed correctly

u r right, the italian pocketbikes are far more better than the chinese. fyi, the price tag for the china pb is 3 figures while the italian is 5 figures.

my cousin gave me his becuase he doesnt use it anymore. its a super mini bike though. he hasnt used it in a few years. it charges, the signal lights turn on, the headlights turn on and even the horn works. when i try to turn it on like the way you showed in this video it doesnt turn on. when i tug the pull start it makes the sound as if it is going to start but it doesnt. im hoping you know what the problem is? maybe i can record it and you can figure it out? i reeeally want to use it lol thanks
