It's wonderful to see the Priest is finally back. Rob proves his stand and shows that he is the true "Metal God". Can't wait to see them in London, Dortmund, Wacken and Tilburg.
i was there last night i first saw priest in 81 and all through the 80s and painkiller tour in dc so my expectations were high i was wondering how they were gonna pull it off with andy and i think they did an awesome job saxon were awesome too
we're probably about the same age..i first saw them in 81 at the old Cap ctr..saw many shows there..I do miss KK and Glenn but what can you do..they are still pretty good..i wish they had played Green Manalishi
He sounds the best he has since rejoining the band that's for sure .I mean let's be honest , he doesn't have the range he used to but he still has an insane range .
Halford is at the top of his game right now. I mean look at Singers like Geoff Tate who was amazing and is now pure shit. Halford has actually improved.
to be fair the past year or so Geoff's been sounding OK again, and even his band doesn't fuck things up as much anymore (i think he got a new one). His appearances on the Avantasia albums are good too..he MIGHT be on his way back
He had only a couple of weeks to learn the whole setlist. Considering that and the immense pressure that means to play with Judas Priest in front of thousands of fans, I would say he's pretty solid overall Even KK and Glenn made mistakes sometimes live, c'mon.
