The DOC is one of the only people who's willing to call it how it is in reference to Eazy. I'm not sure if the reason why Eazy gets a pass is because people don't like to speak ill of the dead or who knows... most people like to put the blame on Heller. Heller was dirty, but not to Eazy and he made Eazy feel comfortable by making him the man everything went through... the Eazy face/image was vital to the company, so he had every incentive not to negatively effect that relationship. I'm 25/75 as to whether or not Heller was in the end stealing/skimming from Eazy, but I lean towards someone working for Eazy concocting the Heller stealing from him story to get Heller away from Eazy, so they could do what they ultimately did to him (with Heller in the picture, they could have still killed Eazy, but would not have been able to sign his entire estate away to Tomica). The other part of me thinks that Heller was behind Eazy's death, if Eazy ultimately wronged Heller when he broke free of him. Ruthless Records had the most draconian contracts in the history of the record business and Heller had some judges in his pocket allowing them to get away with crazy stuff (what they did to Dre is unheard of and wouldn't have been possible without a crooked judge). When it came to the DOC, Ruthless took him to court and had some crooked judge wrench up his contract even tighter. Dre Co-founded Ruthless records with Eazy and then for some judge to make him pay a percentage of his future record sales to the company that he helped start and got cut out of, is so dirty and such a thing to my knowledge has ever happened before or since (it's not even legal). The law where an artist must pay future dividends only occurs when an artist signs with a label and that label pours a bunch of money into promoting that artist only for the artist to leave after a single album (this type of thing is so rare, because contracts prevent this from happening)... Eazy may have gloated that Dre Day only meant Eazy's pay Day (whereas stealing from your boy is nothing to gloat about, it's shameful), but it's also what was likely responsible for Eazy's D Day. What Eazy did to the DOC and Dre to even greater degree was so messed up that there isn’t a word for it. On a personal level, no one has a negative thing to say about Eazy, but on a business level Eazy would Rob his own mother for her last dollar and it's what potentially got him killed. When it came to Suge. Suge would strong arm, physically threaten people, etc, but contractually Death Row Record deals were significantly more fair to the artists. As the story goes Suge Knight stole a big chunk from Dre because Suge was holding all the money, however if Dre perused it legally he would have likely gotten his money, however it was worthwhile for Dre to leave Suge and his money behind and Dre's likely secret behind the scene dealings with a new label (which I suspect and don't blame him for). When Dre left Ruthless everyone wanted to sign Dre, but couldn't because anyone who signed Dre would also become a slave to Ruthless Records contractually so no one could sign Dre, which is why he had to independently come up with something and got hooked up with Suge Knight and co founded Death Row Records. Suge didn't have the power standings/legal standings of a record label, he had to use muscle rather than the courts to get what he wanted and hired a large gang of security (which is nice word for goons/thugs). This is speculation, but Dre was still contractually a slave to Ruthless (or maybe there was a time or after so many albums when it would expire, but the actual facts in reference to the contract are not public record as far I know), so labels still wouldn't have been able to sign him after Death Row either, so I believe that the powers associated with Dre’s record label carried out the hit on Eazy, which ultimately freed Dre as a slave to Ruthless Records, so they could sign him. When Eazy was either in a coma or already dead, they signed his entire estate away to Tomica (it was typed btw), who was in on this conspiracy and Dre would shortly thereafter be untethered from Ruthless Records allowing someone to sign him (I'm not sure on this, it's merely speculation on one of the two outcomes that likely led to Eazy's murder). Eazy died March 26, 1995. A year later to the month March 22nd 1996 Dre started aftermath Records (through Interscope I believe), but almost certainly Dre was secretly in business dealings much sooner than this and in my opinion it was before Eazy got whacked since that’s who may have orchestrated the hit on Eazy in order to free Dre as a Ruthless slave and sign him. People and most sources will interchangeably use HIV and AIDS together which are two completely different things. From what I gather medical tests concluded that Eazy had AIDS (autoimmune deficiency) and the lazy assumption is the autoimmune deficiency is a result of the HIV virus, however there are numerous illnesses poisons etc, that can lead to AIDS, which in my strong opinion Eazy was poisoned. He had a lot of baby’s mama’s (Tomica being one of them and not even in his top 5 of his baby's mama's according some of his closest friends) and people who had free reign of his house. No doctor is going to suspect a poisoning and even if a doctor did, unless it’s one of the handful of common traceable ones, it’s a needle in a haystack and if the hit is orchestrated from a powerful source it’s fair to say that they have their bases covered. But if it wasn’t this, then my next theory would be that Heller orchestrated it with his high level connections when Eazy wronged him and cut him out... or if he did in fact get busted stealing from Eazy, he may have done so to prevent any legal ramifications. Heller had a bunch of legal battles with Tomica upon Eazy dying, so that makes me lean towards him not being involved in Eazy's death, unless Tomica welched on the plan once she had the estate and the ball was in her court. Apparently in 2016 Heller filed a lawsuit against Tomica for violating a confidentiality agreement they signed years ago.

U got the story wrong bro, Terry was in contact with Dr Dre over Dre's Billion dollar apple deal, Suge has a lifetime management contract with Dr Dre, so Suge felt he was owed 300 plus million, Terry was acting as the liaison between Suge an Dre, but Dre had other plans and it was a setup, Terry ran in front of the vehicle and slipped even before the car touched him, If it were someone else they would have been home with their family eating dinner, but this is Suge an this was their chance to nail him to the wall
