Hard Head Records was a New Orleans, La.-based rap label, active through 1993-1997. Founded by Roderick Smith, who at the age of 24 was shot and killed, resulting in the label ending with the last album release and project by group Murder Inc. (8), entitled; "Let's Die Together." Crazy and Legend Man signed in 1996/7 with Ruff Era Records, followed by MC L signing with Bally Boy Records, and Alamo ending her rap career.
