This is what i have been trying to say for the past 5 or so years! I am now 48 and can no longer eat peanut butter. A food i had no issue with for 30 years. Actually, my peanut allergy started after my most recent major accident. I had surgery on my femur and ankle in 2009 with lots of metal in my right leg. After finally getting out of the hospital i started overeating junk food like peanut m&m's. Now get this! In 2013. i started acting on my suspicions. I bought Udu's Choice Enzymes and Probiotics. It didn't correct the peanut problem but did fix digestive issues from Percocet i had been taken for the pain. In 2020 i moved. I had more food options and decided to eat foods that naturally had probiotics in them. I ate fermented asparagus that came in a jar, and I ate fermented cabbage brand. I was wondering about companies that make products like this one. Flora Biome - Live Probiotic, Prebiotic & Postbiotic - Organic, Fermented Live-Culture - 10 Probiotic Strains, 19 Fermented Herbs, 50 Billion CFU - Complete Gut Health & Microbiome Optimizer (16 oz)

I think many times what we call an allergie is actually a buildup of things that on a micro scale is needed or at least tolerated in the body but in larger amounts are toxic or deadly . I started having a reaction to eggs and onions after eating egg sandwiches every single day for years , and I became so sensitive that I almost died from not being able to breathe from a very small amount . But I did an elimination diet to figure it out and by not eating that for several years have become much less sensitive ! I think the culprit was a buildup of sulfur . I just wanted to let people know that there sensitivity , maybe reversable , by eliminating the rite foods !
