My jaw dropped when the guy pulled out the helmet, the painted symbol was very striking and clear, what a great find 👍👏👏👏

It's absolutely amazing how these tanks and big equipment made it as far as they did into these swamps before sinking? It must have happened during the winter months or extremely low water levels in the ground at the time. I know that a lot of these places have changed their geology over the past 80+ years? But still amazing that these things are still being discovered to this day! By the color of the water there, definitely something large and iron sitting under them no doubt!

I'll take the helmet my grandfather was a German soldier in ww2 he was sometimes against what the Adolf said to do but he did it anyway cause he didn't want to get shot he also helped civilians to leave the towns and cities nicely he really was a good guy

I believe they would have to get the front portion cleared out to be able put chains on it to begin extraction. If not they would just be damaging it further

How did these vehicles get in the bog/swamp? You could not drive a tank or armored vehicle anywhere near this soggy ground. without it sinking long before it got to the bog or swamp.
