I have been rolling mine for about 4 years now. Out here in California I can’t even buy a pack of menthol cigarettes, and if I was willing to smoke something else the name brands are almost 11.00 a pack and the nasty off brands (Wave, Checkers, etc) come in at $9-$10. I buy 5pound bags of menthol tobacco and good quality 100mm tubes. My per pack cost is $1.25
I'm using heavy OHM unfiltered. It used to make my heart race and make me light headed. It doesn't anymore. Do I just have a superhuman tolerance for nicotine or did they reduce the level to almost none? Has anyone else noticed this?
Cigarettes have not reached ten dollars were I am at yet, but before one knows it, it won't be too long. It is all tobacco and or nicotine products that keep rising in price. It really does not need to be that way. States would get more money than they do now having the excise tax reduced. Of course, alcohol, and legal marijuana do not face these outrageous sanctions. That's what they are pretty much. I havr always stated that there should be fixed prices, so that they never change the cost. Who wants to worry about paying extra for their favorite tobacco products out of the blue? When it is all said and done, it outright isn't fair.
That’s the great thing about rolling your own the prices haven’t rised significantly in years besides of course inflation rises but tax wise it hasn’t increased in a long time I pay 10 dollars for 200 cigarettes instead of 110 dollars for 100
