The RNLI are celebrating their 20th year on the River Thames, so we went along to visit the UK's busiest lifeboat station at Tower Pier, in the shadow of the Waterloo Bridge, to find out why the amazing staff and volunteers risk their lives to help others and what they love about operating in central London.
