It's good you have made it to the parking lot. We went there last year no car reaches the top including 4×4s jeep, ram or f150. The ditch is so deep already 😅😅😅😅
The road looks a lot worse than when I drove up to the trailhead in 2018 in my ‘02 Mazda Protege5. Scrapped the bottom a couple of times but nothing serious
Hi! High clearance vehicle is highly recommended. There are a lot of ditches and big potholes and you won't want your beloved car to breakdown on you with this drive. Otherwise, the view once you get to the top is amazing! Take care!
@@parasmani2980 you need a vehicle to get to the trailhead and parking. You may check out other comments from folks who have done the drive and the hike. Check out alltrails.com website for a more detailed info about the drive and hike. If you decide to go, stay safe while enjoying the views! All the best!
i was crazy enough to drive a lowered acura on this road jumping gaps until there was one i couldn't jump and ended up parking it on the side of the road and gettting up the rest of the way on the bed of a pickup truck going up ... never again
It has gotten worse, eh? Thanks for the update! Would be nice to go back up there but definitely with a high clearance vehicle. I left the dent in my RAV un repaired as a token. lol
Hey! Thanks for dropping by. The drive was fun until you go through big potholes but should not be a problem if your vehicle is high enough. Have fun!!!
I went there driving my outlander.. been also in some off road like with my outlander. She just need to stir the wheels if you know your car is low in clearance
Not sure what the road situation is now, but just make sure your suv is high enough. My RAV 4 suffered a dent in the front and the water reservoir broke. But otherwise, goodluck to your adventures!😀
