anaphora is in the last line of the poem also which is "And that has made all the difference" the last 2 words are having same consonant sound which is "d"

Sorry, but you are incorrect here alliteration is repetition of consonant sound 'at the beginning' while consonance is repetition of consonant sound of the word therefore consonance is used here. Hope you understood 🙃

No. Actually this sigh doesn’t mean the “Regret” wala sigh. It means some sort of “Chen”(Hindi wala) or relief wala sigh. Hope you understood what I tried to say😊.
