It's definitely hard to set that up in the middle of a 2100 lobby, but in freeplay you might be surprised to find that it's not too hard to set up a backwards air dribble. A lot of lower level players find normal air dribbling difficult because they boost too hard on the set up. Going up backwards forces you to go at a slower speed which helps with the setup.

For mechanics practice hitting the ball hard on net. And practice awkward saves. For gamesense just understand backpost rotation and not double commiting. U can find vids on all of this on YT. You can probably get diamond 2 pretty quickly with this . Good luck 👍
