Meghalaya is our new destination for our 2nd travel series where we are going to cover 4 main destinations by road. Jowai, Shillong, Mowlynnong village and Laitlum. In this episode, I'm in Jowai. I actually traveled to Meghalaya from Guwahati, Assam and I didn't face any issues at the border for RT-PCR negative reports or quarantine requirements.
