This interview is not only annoying and aggressive but completely disrespectful in every way. Couldn’t make it through all of it. The shrill voice, name calling, calling him a liar. Just all of it.
This was absolutely absurd to watch. There’s a difference between having incredible banter with someone, and someone looking incredibly uncomfortable. Dave was attacked and he handled it classy and professional. Worst podcast she’s ever done.
This is so embarrassing Dave took that ego right out her hands and this is the worst most hostile interview I’ve seen from her I’ve liked every other one
Clearly y’all were not in a place where you could comfortably joke around yet. A genuine interview with sincerity, respect and professionalism would’ve been better and the man who gave you a start deserves a little more than these misguided playful attacks.
Alex came with some weird energy here…what was the point of this if it was going to be like this? She could have come with more tact in her approach and had a really good interview. This was high school.

I agree. I watched the whole interview and she was cringing me out, and this is coming from someone who really adores her and her work. I felt she was rude to him and thank god he’s a class act and good sport.
Girl you okay? Clearly yall still have some resentment or hard feelings lingering. This was awkward and a bit passive aggressive, sometimes outright aggressive. What was the goal of this interview?
Why is she insulting him and being abusive very two sentences? And she's the only one laughing? This is a hard watch. Dave played it off cool but should have walked off.

Alex, I’ve listened to this first here and then your Spotify. I’m appalled honestly by the way the talk to Dave. And I for the most part think dave is a douch but no way you said “no one listens to bffs”. The only reason I’m here is bffs??. (Boston feel better ❤️)
I’m like 5min in and seriously considering breaking up with my girlfriend of 3 years because she listens to this podcast. She’s consistently insulting a person that put her on. Trap questions, disparaging character of a bunch of people, just seems like a person who made the opinion of other people before they even get to speak. 1/10. Bad or not very good.

Whew, I hate to say but you talk soooo much. Just tone it down. It’s unbearable at times. Sometimes some quiet moments aren’t a bad thing. You don’t have to fill every single second.
this was a good opportunity for alex to rise above her past bullshit and show she's a better person and instead she completely made an ass of herself.. seems like even her most die hard fans realize that too. very alienating and ego driven. hard to watch.
Dave is actually quite proud of the call Her Daddy thing....and Alex. Hes the one that saw something with them and took a chance. Sorry, but something is really bothering Alex...shes crackin up.

How is this a roast? She's throwing out immature verbal assaults when it is set up to be a conversation. It sounds like she held some grudges and found a way to explode them onto him in a public way. I usually really like this show but yikes dude, way to turn what couldve been a mature conversation into a 40 minute annoying rant.

I watched the full interview and what I really didn't like was the throwaway comment about guests discussing past traumas like it's just content for the channel. From a business standpoint, that may be true, but I personally watch CHD because what is sold to the audience is a sense of real valued community. People come to that channel for a variety of reasons and one of them is to hear about the struggles of their heroes and how they got through it. When that comment was made, it was so gross and sleazy that the illusion was shown for what it was.
bc she kept bringing up a topic he asked her not to bring up and shes being argumentative with him; i think its bc of their history and thought it was normal until she said theyre not friends and he had to check her ego

What I don’t like about her talking about Dave’s “girlfriend” so much & aggressively, is that i guarantee it is making the girl much more uncomfortable than it is Dave. Like Dave is trying to protect the girl by trying to block Alex’s comments but she keeps prying, inadvertently causing more strife with the girl & Dave than Alex and Dave… it was giving mean girl & bully on Alex’s end
do you know how divorce works? lol The only way the judge would deny the divorce is if they are unable to agree on splitting assets,, once these things have been agreed upon the divorce can be finalized (assuming they filed everything correctly, showed up to court, and don't have custody issues to resolve) - otherwise the judge would not deny the divorce
@@graysonk5477 not always, there are cases where the judge decide against granting a divorce when there is insufficient evidence supporting how broken the relationship really is,etc. They can also order you to try again and postpone the hearing. There have also been cases where they ask for a dissolution of marriage instead of divorce and those cases also can be denied demanding on merit. So there are reasons and circumstances lol but thanks for your time and input
@@nashhh2823 Dave says the reason the judge is denying is because "he's trying to screw you". This basically implies the judge thinks Dave is screwing the wife over 4:12. That doesn't seem like what you describe, but either way, what you are saying likely isn't true in his case (or for most people in the U.S.). California & pretty much all 50 states have some variation of the no-fault divorce law. This means that you can legally get a divorce without having to give a reason.
