I tried to watch the roast analysis but this is so dry. Skip seems like the definition of a non athlete and critic. Skip is not and never will be the Man In The Arena. Was open and hopeful for good commentary, left at the 7:52 mark because it was one of the most boring and PC takes on this year's most entertaining media events so far. Like Biden, this man needs to just retire.

Love ya skip. Always enjoy listening to you debate. Ypu stood by the goat like me when many wanted to doubt him. I love geting ripped on and dishing it to friends. The humanization of Tom Brady is what you saw. Look at it from the totality of what transpired over the man’s career in accomplishment. Then look at it from the lens of sports watching, reporting, all the business offshoots that feed off the NFL. Then look at it from the geographic bragging rights, the common good feelings that winning teams bring to a community. Remember 2001, the Pats perennial AFC semi threat, 2x SB losers until then. They shocked the powers to be in all those NFL offshoot businesses. A blip in the league’s design for parity. Next season, no playoffs, 2001 a nice, feel good story, a nice salve after the sting of 9/11. But wait a minute, 2003, 2004 .. 3 out of 4 titles, in 4 years. That’s a dynasty, in past NFL thinking. Then because the Pats, even though they wouldn’t win another title for more than a decade, totally upset the parity design due to continual success. They turned into the villains to be knocked down, as is the case of jealousy in our society. Then the villain persona started to be chipped away at 6 rings, then the 7th turned into all realizing they just witnessed 2 decades of incredible, saturated with appreciation. But the mystique built on sneering was too ingrained, and this roast stripped away the sneers by showing TB as a normal guy, with incredible talent, deserving of all accolades, and can take a joke, and can show he is publicly human.
