I agree. For people to be that irritated over a virus outbreak disaster that could be anything in particular, is pretty stupid.

Fun fact that nobody asked for: one time I got two badges, and survived during a multidisaster in the process.

I honestly think people getting stuck inside the popcorn machine should’ve been an entry on the iceberg, and trust me i know how it feels to be in there

The popcorn machine also had a strange glitch that would occur if you were standing on the tray part where the popcorn comes out of. If you stood there and walked against the glass part, the machine would spazz out and you would get trapped inside, and you would most likely not survive the disaster that eventually hits party palace. Although it’s possible for the popcorn machine to start breaking into pieces when the disaster starts and you can escape, but when I experienced this glitch, I have never managed to get out of the machine.

double disasters were added in 2014 not 2012. It was a highly requested feature and a shame SML swapped it out for the weather machine that requires robux (possibly was pressured by roblox to do this, it is one of the most popular games on the site after all).

im surprised the "red balloon" wasnt here the red balloon must of been a secret or something in the game around 2013-2016 because in that era there was a small myth about it and i actually saw players with it, you dont have to belive this but i swear the red balloon is out there

Other interesting facts: - The Roblox NDS survivor figurine carries a grappling hook, which doesn’t actually appear anywhere in the game. - The popcorn machine is very bugged. If you try to push it, there’s a chance that it will glitch out and cause you to become trapped inside the machine. Or you will be flung and most likely die from the launch. - The fall damage system in the game is also has some strange flaws. For example, if you are flung from a loose object during a disaster like an earthquake it is very likely that you will be killed. If your holding a balloon and go to a high height from being flung, you will quickly start taking damage and die as well. - Speaking of high heights, when you reach a certain height while holding the balloon, it will actually pop. A few places this could happen include the top of the towers in Fort Indestructible and Sky Tower, and the top of the smokestack in Rakish Refinery, the former is also the tallest structure in the game.

Seeing the knockoff stuff on Layer 1 reminded me of when I used to play this ripoff of NDS which was basically an older version of the game (I think it was made several years ago) and really the only reason I played it was because it gave you a free balloon in the game. It had stats and I don't remember if they had double disasters or not

3 Extra Facts: 1: If you had a balloon, you used to be able to jump from the volcano from the respawn tower without dying, if the volcano was close enough. You would be able to travel to the island, but you wouldn't show up on the survival list since you already died. 2: The volcano rock and meteor textures were changed a while back to glow orange, red, or yellow. And back then, the volcano rocks had the sand textures colored the colors that I stated. The old meteors used to have a brown stone texture, with no color other than the fire effects. 3: Other iconic things were removed recently, such as the hurricane insurance sign, the classic party palace music, and some UI.

The tornado used to be so easy. Just stand on the dirt that hangs off the side of the island That was until they became no clipped.

Forgot to mention that back then one of the cars would go crazy either if it was at Raving Raceway or Furious staton, and the player driving it would get instantly killed. Well I see that today this isn’t the case anymore as that bug is now fixed.

Another fact about jumping on the volcano I was playing a modded version of this game with free items because I’m poor, and the volcano happened to spawn on the side that the lobby is on. I used this drink thing that speeds you up and an air balloon and I was actually able to jump onto the volcano, survive, and get back on the map despite dying

5:50 i actually own this book rn, it's a book where it shows an image of a popular roblox game filled with tons of players, and u have to find the noob throughout the rest of them. i find it pretty nostalgic as a 2017-2018 player, due to the maps being shown in them such as; jailbreak, flood escape 2, robloxian highschool, deathrun, natural disaster survival, hide and seek extreme, zombie rush, heroes of robloxia, and many more. it's like 'where's waldo' but roblox version. there is also 5 extra characters that are attempting to also find the noob and they are hidden in every map/page as well. anyways, thats just some extra info lol.

the seat teleport glitch was very funny back in the day, i'd play with my friends on a server and then i'd start teleporting seats to the lobby, however every disaster people just threw it off or it would dissappear

Im saying this avoiding being rude at all costs, but i have some criticism: • You should add a little pause between every new layer, because it feels like youre just telling me 100 facts i didn't know, instead of explaining a mystery. (Altough, it is pretty much the iceberg being pretty much facts instead of mysteries or theories.) • Music should be changed every new layer once you go beyond the third one, unless you look at it, you do t really notice new layers, music dosen't to be creepy for games like these, but it does help with giving variety and ambience. • The Text-To-Speech goes very fast you can use a little 1 second pause between every entry. All in all, i feel like this goes very fast, trust me, its not something that is annoying or relevant at all, but you should try adding these to give the classical "Iceberg" vibe. The editing is good, you did research and the video itself is pretty good! Good luck man, lets see what you have ready!

The red torsoed NPC was an NPC used to make the map scaling right, by that I mean structures not being bigger than players

the fall damage is also completely busted it doesn't feel natural and it often does its thing a bit too late hell, it can even damage you BEFORE you touch the ground, and the balloon doesn't negate fall damage for whatever reason

I don't think many people know this, but in the construction map, when you touch the cement (inside the solid outline), you will be permanently slowed until death. again idk if many people know this or not.
