I wish you well in your mansion, Dwayne, but I have news for you: the appeal of a small town is the simplicity, the sleepy down-home feeling, the familiarity of people and merchants. You won't get that living in a $9 million mansion on 46 acres, and you won't be living like Powder Springs folks live. On the (rare, I suspect) occasions you venture into the city limits, cameras, people and traffic are likely to follow you. I loved Powder Springs, loved going to the library on Atlanta Street, moved away last year, just in time it seems. I hope you leave Powder Springs with the same respect you go into it.
