I wouldnt go with the hype. Remember what they did to Batista? They pushed him way too early and after a year or so he became boring. Reigns need to upgrade his promo skills. The only bright star i see in Shield is Dean Ambrose.

The creative team should know their limits and not go too overboard. Personally I never found Batista boring until his come back at royal rumble

He couldnt cut a good promo. He started botching moves in late 2005 onwards and have multiple injuries. Batista is the kind of guy that he's either the main event or he's nothing. I dont think Reigns is THAT bad but i hope the creative team keeps the Shield intact for some time and develop their characters more before breaking them up.

Seth has good mic skills, he's a great wrestler, and he's a great heel and is good at being with the authority. Dean is as good as Roman at wrestling, but has best mic skills and best character.

cena is 10 times the wrestler that the rock was or will ever be. want proff? look at john's matches with punk (especially the one right after the rumble) and then look at the rocks matches with punk. also just look at this dude trying not to laugh after calling him "the great one"

i'd argue that the only times he has been entertaining at all since he first retired has been segments that don't have anything to do with the stories he was involved with. and i don't mean to be a dick here (i really don't i swear) but saying he is more athletic than cena is like saying the bigshow is more athletic than HBK. clearly an over exaggeration. but through out his career cena has been in more 40-60+ minute matches than most, especially the rock. on top of that, cena works every match at nearly twice the pace the rock ever did. plus since around 2011-12 cena has been in more 5 star matches than dwaye was in over the course of his entire career

first off, i never said anything about the attitude era, i said shit about the rock. i liked the attitude era, as you pointed out the attitude era was filled with huge stars. huge stars that carried the rock his whole career. but on his own he was just a bunch of stale and childish catch phrases, some punches, some kicks, a spinebuster hear and there, the peoples elbow, rock bottom. maybe a sharpshooter every now and then. he for his whole career what cena was until a couple years ago. the difference is cena has the respect for the business to learn and become better. and secondly i never said he was in bigger matches, again the attitude era had bigger stars. which naturally make for bigger matches. with Austin and Shawn and them in the late 90s, Jericho and Brock and them in the early 2000s. i said cena has been in BETTER matches, not bigger. If you are so knowledgeable about the business as to try and discredit me based on a few lines of youtube comment, then you should know big matches to not always equal good matches. I.E. rock vs hogan in rocks prime, and rock vs cena in 12 and 13. all of them huge dream matches, all of them boring as hell. you can love the rock as much as you want, you can get all your friends dressed up in Dwayne costumes and have a big rock orgy in madison square garden for all i care. but if you are going to make assumptions and try to discredit me, at least read what my comment actually says. now fuck off kid
