Oni does not hard counter spy actually, it's the other way around. I remember me and my friend were both on our ultra spies then we started beating literal dogshit out of an oni and right when he was close to dying his dark sigil friend shows up. I tell my friend to dip, I'm on 1 life might as well wipe anyway.
I'd expect it's easy to beat oni when you have the walkspeed to literally walk and jump out of combos. Rogue had such a big problem with speed, it was crazy, dagger classes were always on top because of sheer mobility. At least oni had s to compensate for the lack of mobility and health.

Nah they’ve upgraded there anti cheat a lot over the years there’s rarely ever any exploiters it’s just that the spawn rates for things have went up a lot so lots of people have azael, other artifacts they weren’t using exploits
it doesn’t bother me much since exploiting in rogue basically does nothing but esp and transports u places faster, exploiting in pvp is much to obvious so no one does it
