Great video, I feel so blessed to have been able too get mine at retail from a AD, it took a year of visits and being positive with the sales person.

Great video! But I’m probably in the minority if not liking the modern Pepsi at all. Nothing about it looks right to my eyes, and they ruined the jubilee with the new clasp. Sure, it’s more practical but it takes away all of the elegance of the bracelet. Pepsi belongs on a oyster, period.

This video is creative genius. I started my own humble watch channel 9 months ago. I’m late to the party and have only just come across this channel. It’s next level brilliant and original.

The visuals, voice, music truly outstanding. I’m a fan, so hope you won’t take this personally but I couldn’t connect the intensity of all that to the story. I don’t know how but if you could connect the watch to say the contrast of colour in a troubled artist work or apprehension of that abandoned haunted house I think that would holistically tie it together. Wrist shot of opening haunted door (discovering what lies in the unknown), have the watch jump on a more prevalent narrative, let it have a supporting role. But what do I know, appreciate your work. Hope you take this as well meaning feedback rather then trolling criticism.

I passed on a Daytona for the Pepsi Jubilee!! Best decision I’ve ever made. Wish I could’ve bought both of them but I’m blue collar and only put enough away for ONE!

The amount of editing is spectacular, breathtaking, the background matching colors to the bezel of the watch, the movement of the water, Gondolas.. Another masterpiece In my opinion.

Outstanding effects/shots… and even though I own two vintage Rolexes bought decades ago, in the end, it’s an over- priced watch made so online hype. What’s hard for me to believe Is that not only are the prices totally outrageous but you can’t even freaking get one if you are willing to pay full retail… then you have to go to the secondary market, which is absolutely obscene in pricing. JMO

I am a watchaholic like a lot of people here, and the production value of this video are awesome (especially the Hunt for Red October reference) but good grief this is only a watch. Not the second coming…. And I love this watch as well…. I think I need a lie down after that.

So one thing still isn’t clear to me: did you get the call or did you pay double retail? It takes a brave man for saying “I couldn’t get one so I kept telling myself I didn’t want one anyway” 😉 Guess many people do the same without knowing it. I got my call after patiently waiting 14 months. I’m on team Oyster though. In my personal opinion this is a professional model and they should be on the Oyster bracelet…when I think Jubilee I think Datejust. Nevertheless it looks great on both options. Enjoy that piece buddy 👍

It is my favorite by a long shot. Looks great wears great. Dress up or down. Water proof enough to swim with. Great to travel with. It really is the perfect sports watch.

I have 3 Rolexes in my box, 2 from an AD and one gray market. I didn’t have any purchase history with those ADs but I also wasn’t asking for a Daytona. I got a Bluesy & 39mm Explorer. I bought a 5 digit Sub from a gray dealer at a good price. I’d like to get a GMTII and a 41mm Sub but refuse to pay gray market prices. The “shortage” is only the AD’s fault because they flip them. You can’t buy anything from an AD but can find current models easily on the gray market. Rolex could stop this if they wanted to but then who would sell their watches, they don’t have boutiques. But if people could hold out and not buy gray market, you’ll see inventory rise, prices drop and a slow down of ADs flipping…control it with demand (or lack thereof)…simple solution.

I don't see what the fuss is about re this model. The bezel isn't bright blue and red like the classic aluminium bezel Pepsis. And the desperately bling Jubilee bracelet. Give me the classic collectible 16710 any day.

Of course you can get it, go to the independent Grey market. You obviously will have to pay well over list price, but that's the same with all Rolex Steel Sports watches, they just are not available for sale to the public in the ADs. Forget about going on the AD waiting list, that's a waste of time, just source the watch from the many respected independent jewellers. I wanted a non date Submariner, so i had to pay considerably over list price, but i have my watch, and no regrets.

I commented 5-6 weeks ago to Oisin when he got the new "Pepsi" that it was one he should keep. He is right - the Mk III has the toned-down colors that make it desired by near all. And the jubilee makes it "sport/dress" more so than any Submariner (as good as those are) and this video is out there! (And yes, Oisin - you Are losing your mind!) "I understand now"

Oisin, Rolex should hire you to do their commercials....this beats "if you were racing here tomorrow, you'd wear a Rolex."

My goodness, your journey is so similar to mine. kept denying I wanted it! Bought the Tudor GMT instead (my daily wear watch) and finally gave in a year ago and purchased after market for £15k. No regrets here. It just feels that tiny bit under size though

Great video. I picked up my first retail Rolex Date-just 41 in 2019 from the AD. Which I waited 6 months at the time. Then he asked any other watches you interested in? So I said the Pepsi. I got that same face😂. In all fairness I think it had just been released. And he said you looking at 5 years wait. But I can get you a Batgirl in 1 year and a half. So I went for the Batgirl. I was just after a GMT for the collection so I would take what ever model I could get. I did get the call in lock down in 2021. My friend has the Pepsi. So from time to time we swap watches he borrower the Batgirl and I borrow the Pepsi. A win win. Even the Batgirl is not as easy model to get. So lucky to get a GMT.

I wore mine almost 90% of the time. Got the AD call late 2019. I just had bought the 126600 a few months earlier (the AD call…) and I’m glad I did not turn any down. It all started when I got the TUDOR Pepsi in November 2018…

Clearly a beautiful watch. But I have to say I prefer the pre ceramic. This one is a bit too blingy? The pre ceramic looked like it meant business.

There was a new Pepsi in the window at Watches of Wales Cardiff last Friday. I must say it looks fantastic and a must have for a Rolex collector. I could have bought it there and then, however I just cant justify spending way over retail. There was no price on it, however we all know what these can go for on the Grey. I'll wait until I get that call.
