I am so glad that you are finding courage to share your story - it must be a testimonia of you being at a strong path of your journey. I have followed you for years and found you when you were in your basement showing craft and hauls. I recall dreaming of having a packed craftroom with a ton of goodies and .. knew that eventhough you did not say back then why you had to leave it all behind something really bad must have gone down for you to leave your home, dogs and not even being able to pack a toothbrush. Kim been following you for several years and yes after listening to part 3 first I thought narcissist then after 1 and 2 absolutely. So glad you got out alive and have been rebuilding yourself and your life. Getting out of a narcissistic relationship is a loss all in itself and I hope you continue the therapy. Kim, I have said before that I have been watching your channel for years. I enjoy your energy and funny light hearted stories. I never guessed you were going thru anything so life changing. So many things I remember your old craft room, your big dogs and your 1st grand child (Emma) even your Husband moving the grass. Listening to your story breaks my heart, you never know what people are going thru in their lives. It must have been hard to share this story, I’m glad you did. I do believe these videos can help people not feel alone in life, and strength to leave a toxic relationship. Your life now is full of positive interactions with family and friends, most beautiful grand children ever, thanks for sharing.

I was so tense listening to you Kim. It's like a scary movie, "Sleeping with the Enemy". I know that utter fear, hair up on the neck feeling. I have been through it as well and the Lord protected me from getting shot in the face from my ex- husband and being strangled to death by an old boyfriend who kicked my door in, in the middle of the night, drunk, and as I was sleeping I heard the door get kicked in and he was on me beating me, punching me in the face and then started strangling me almost to death. You have me so tense and at least I know you aren't with him but going to listen to part 3. I'm hangin' on!

Kim, I feel so aweful thst you went though all this. I can't image being in that situation. I am so glad you got out of it. And hopefully your stength will help other women and men that arw going though the same thing. I been following you for years, even in your past life. They thrive on nice people. I have to admit I got upset listening to you but in a good way. One, I wanna find him and kick his ass and two to come hug you. The best revenge is success and you are the shining example of success. He did exactly what narcissist do...he turned the situation against you cause he knew he were losing control over you.And so the cops were called. He used your son to get you back into the house. I am so glad that you left. At North Park school where my daughter once taught, a husband came to the school to see his wife who was a teacher. He went to the classroom killed her and one of the students. It was on the news quite a bit.

WOW - you know it does not matter how long it took, you got out safe and you are doing so awesome. I have followed you from before, during and the present day of your videos and this adventure. I have had a few narcisists in my life. . The hair on my neck stood up so many times. I have been through hell I am in a great place in my life with my husband of 42 years together. Thank goodness how things turn out sometimes.

Kim, my heart hurt hearing your story...and sad, that it was too familiar. I know exactly what you went through--I went through it twice. Both ended the same way; abuse and fear and head games for me and the kids. These guys knew how to push the right buttons. Happily, I eventually found my true love, my present husband...I am so very blessed my chidren and I have a wonderful life now thanks to him. The kids all call him dad, and he is the best grandpa! Know, Kim, you are very much loved and respected, and telling your story will hopefully save someone who hears it and says, "wait, that sounds like me" and gets the courage to leave before it is too late.

I can understand believing the promises and trying to do everything to save your marriage and family and glad you got out and are here to tell your story. The leaving is the most dangerous time as you know as it's a bruise to their ego and their fake reputation. He was more worried about his rep than you or his son.

I went thru a similar situation but thank god werent married and had no children. my animals were my children and he used to threaten to hurt them Me on the othrr hand he would beat! Oh my Kim I’m so sorry he had you arrested. How scary. My ex tried to get a restraining order on me 🤔. However, I didn’t even know until one day my son-in-law was talking about when the small home improvement company he worked for would check the court site to see if the person would have any issues before hiring; anyway we looked up my name for fun as surely I shouldn’t have anything and there it was listed. It was marked denied but I was devastated. He was the harasser. I too started reading and I found that he had covert narcissistic traits (all of them) but with some psychopathy traits as he would punish me. Never hit me; they were all mind games that were terrifying. I’m healing but the scars remain and sometimes I still cry. ❤️

You are correct get out. I had to run from my house, load my kid and my pug. It was a nightmare. Wasn’t arrested but the police thought he had killed me. I was exhausted at a friends house. They went to my work to see. Best thing I ever did was get out of that Marriage.
