This is my favorite dweller+mode it's creepy, and semi-quiet and has a good mode it doesn't scream all the time and attack 24/7 like the goatman, creation, and the wendigo. It's overall just creepy vibes similar to OG cave dweller even if it isn't that scary.

there's not very good mods out there from what i've seen myself but you should definitely try out Vita Carnis mods, i suggest watching the series first before playing so you know a little
