I'm 65 years old. There are a handful of songs that take me back to a time and a place when I first heard them being played on the radio. Angie takes me back to 1974 when I was a sophomore in high school. The memories from 49 years ago are alive, fresh and vivid. Thanks for the memories.

Heard this song long ago, I was probably 20 or 21, on a radio, at work, in St Petersburg, Russia. I loved it so much. I thought "If I ever have a daughter I will name her Angie". It was strange thought because we don't have name like this in Russia. We only have Angela. Then, in 10 years later I moved to US, got married and had a daughter, her name is Angela but everybody call her Angie. She is 20 y.o. now. She loves Rolling Stones and this song..

This was played at my grandma's funeral because she was such a huge rolling stones fan, even with tatoo of their logo. I never cry when hearing music, but when I listen to this I can't help myself.

When I was a kid, our family ran the roads, with weekend treks from our home in Easton PA to visit friends and family in West Virginia, New Hampshire, Long Island and beyond.... in addition to our regular jaunts to the Jersey shore and Rehoboth Beach for sun 'n' surf, or up to our weekend cabin in the Poconos for canoeing, fishing and tearing up back trails on our dirt bikes. My permanent perch was the back "rumble seat" of our big blue '72 Pontiac Grand Safari station wagon, shared with my dopey, but stinkin' cute little brother Brady. For some reason, I always remember the ride back home, usually late at night, with the older kids napping in the middle seat and Brady curled up next to me, with great songs like this, favored by the late-nite DJs, coming out of the speakers. Mom would slide across the front seat and put her head on Dad's shoulder as he put his arm around her. Life was good...

Seen em 9 times. First 1969 in Baltimore, last Oct 2021 in Tampa. No one else like them. Never been disappointed by a show. I remember my neighbor's older sister had a party, and we younger boys watching and hearing Under My Thumb and Let's Spend the Night Together. My favorite band ever since.

This is my most favorite song from the Stones. To see them live twice in my lifetime at the height of their career! The extra bonus was the band Living Color opened up for them. The second time I saw them I had backstage passes and stood right behind Charlie Watts like five feet behind him. Those were the days! 1981 tour.💝
