I really like Bostin but he's ruined his physique.. lumpy synthol arms look terrible - and so sad to hear younger guys with no real passion for training

some Bodybuilders nowadays love to go beyond failure with forced reps and stuff but don't seem to realise that clean form heavy weight with little increments over time is the way to go

It's interesting he kept talking about longevity, suggesting that taking more drugs was better for you than working out harder because working out was bad on your joints.

casey viator said that mentzer took 2.5 grams alone of deca and a shit load of primobolan and other stuff so saying they did low doses back in the day is bull and growth was in the sport in the early 80s

I have respect for his honesty however......He is lazy and has poor work ethic; you need to love to train eat and compete. Drugs come second.
