Omg, Melissa was directed to make her voice lower too. I was told to do this once when I was in an acting class in order to sound more mature lol. It feels weird cause it’s like when you can obviously hear someone trying to make their voice deeper to attract people, but in your case, you’re trying to not sound like a baby
