Your videos are so helpful, Neelam! There is one thing I’ve been curious about - I’ve purchased the Sienna as well as the Margaux (one directly from the Row, the other from NAP) and both times, the leather had noticeable one inch scratch(es). Is that supposed to be expected? Both bags were the soft leather so I would have expected that through everyday use but not straight out of the box. I’ve had to return both now and a bit disappointed.
Ah yes, this leather scratches easily and it can even happen during packing for shipment. I don’t mind scratches as I love vintage pieces but I understand if you’re particular about it.
