The Royal free makes so many appointment mistakes. I received a letter telling me that i had not kept my appointment when they had not sent me one in the post! Now, I have a new appointment for 6 months from now, January 2024. This was an appointment i couldn't afford to miss. The NHS is really not up to the job at least in some departments! I am appalled by the service. i am forced to seek private care otherwise i could be in a serious health condition , if i wait for the Royal Free to train their staff to send out the necessary letters at the right time. This really is terrible!

I had a health problem in uk london , work hard every day But cause bad service hospitals don't help me soon Long waiting ... I was sick and depressed about this problem I risked my life.. but nobody help me there ... for this I leave the city and back in my country ... I payed tax for years And I am very disappointed about hospitals in London Im very sorry , I lost my job and my life there ... now 3 years without job but ok I miss the best moment there And some friends
