Princess Margaret didn’t have structure or given a role, she just floundered and of course that didn’t work out in the end.

Princess Margaret took a lot of her attitude from her mother, who behaved similarly at times it just wasn't reported on like Margaret's behavior. The Queen Mother was a snob. Margaret's children were raised out of all the royal nonsense and are stable normal people as a result, as are their children.

You can truly tell the REAL royals by the way they comport themselves and hold themselves to a particular standard of behaviour. Lady Sarah seems the epitome of this.

No title doesnt make one non royal. Harry and Megans kids have no titles and they are still in the royal line of succession so like it or not Harry and his kids will always be Royal. And as such When Harry's kids grow up and have kids themsekves THEY TOO will be in the line of succession.

Anne's children are in a pretty similar situation. Titles aren't passed down through the female line of the family.
