Hey Creme Puffs! Alright so today, I'm going to be addressing the fact halo trading has gotten out of hand. In my opinion. I'll be showing you everything from the ridiculously overpriced halos, to the MINIMUM prices you'll find one for these days. Halo values have skyrocketed, and it's a little concerning at this point, and to many; frustrating. I hope you guys enjoy the video as much as I enjoyed editing it! DISCLAIMER Ok I forgot to put a disclaimer in the actual video so it's going in the description: Please don't send hate to any of the people mentioned in the twitter thread I show. (btw the blurred part in the first response to the tweet was blurred for profanity) Though they may be wrong for saying certain things about the worth of halos, don't send hate. Also the tittle of the video is OVERREACTING, and isn't completely serious. It's more sarcastic, but I'll let you decide the rest from your own opinions and after watching the video. what do you use to edit?* I use Filmora 9! I do pay for a subscription, and other wise it has a water mark. If you're looking for a free editing software without a watermark, then I don't recommend it. It works wonderfully otherwise!!⋆
what do you use to record? Ok so I use like this really random recording software that came with my PC, so it's not the greatest. The audio is bad too, so I have to film on that while I do a voiceover on filmora at the same time. Don't know it's name, because it just pops up when I hit a certain key combo. (only for windows users)
⋆*can you friend me?* Unfortunately, I don't friend people I don't know. I need to have talked to you in game, and gotten to know you enough before I friend you. I also like to have an active friend list, with people who still play roblox regularly. ⋆
How can I join you when you're in a roblox game? All you have to do is follow my roblox profile, which is linked up above. I love playing with fans, and most people join me though following during live streams which I do once a week or so.

Ok Ik imma get hate for this, but that's how economy works. Halos are rare and in high demand, and so people will overpay for them,making the value higher. This is called inflation , where the value inflates, and there isnt much you can do about it unless the whole trading community stops overpaying,which good luck with that. So you might aswell instead of complaining get your hands on one quick as it is gonna inflate even more. I don't mean this to be rude, its just my opinion. You cant really call people dumb for that

this is why i quit playing royale high. people who dont have halos cant have the chance of even getting a low tier. for example me. its just unfair, its really toxic and just making players give up on everything. i farmed so many diamonds for a halo just for it to be worth 1m+ diamonds?? (aka val19, its demand is rising too ig). this really sucks, i will just start playing rh when everyone will bring back the normal prices for the halos, ltbs, cmb ring, mcn, etc and when there will not be toxicity.

I have a rh problem and trying to get everything in game and I suggest opening a shop useing your dubs, I can get 50-100k in about one day depending on how much I’m on and how good my luck is that day (ngl I have some of the best luck ever and today sold my se skirt for 50K! They just put it down and accepted so I got 50k form se skirt (witch was a dub) ok now back to who I get diamonds without farming witch I found inefficient (I started tradeing after New Years (21) went down and all I got left is rare items and 2 common items and wings till I got everything I think (aka 4 halos 5 if you count angel broom mcn and that’s it fn) and sorry now back to auctally helping you Xp) so what I do if buy in demand stuff for close to og price and sell for higher after a server hop. And the login stuff, I think my set parts mainly the heels are in demand rn but not rlly sure, if ya have any questions let me know! (Also if ya want to listen to more of my ranting about my luck just ask and sorry for alll the non helpful stuff I’m just lonely :’D )

agreed. I play royal high, to the extent of it being extremely frequent, and it’s SO annoying just to hear that, back in the summer last year, halos were for the utter decency price/item worth. I spent my own saved money that could have been used on hygiene, own family belongings and more just for multipliers to save diamonds. I leave the game for a good amount of time just enough to raise the price on LOW TEIR HALOS, and lower the price on stuff coming back, or that already came back. It’s insane because why does it matter? The prices on items that came back can just be like halos; that raise and decrease by the second. And yes, the community is also toxic. More “mature” players who try to change the game without even noticing, have hopped a long when a couple days ago they were insulting the game with their friends. I just don’t get it. Logically, that would not be able to work. I hate how the prices are atm, too. But, you have to use logic with this. The devs CAN NOT control the economy, that is up to us, the community to control it. Barbie tried doing this when she said that the older a halo is, the rarer it was. Which, didn't work, obviously(it was illogical anyways). But, the prices right now are due to a normal thing in the economy called inflation. In Royale High, this is because of the lack of updates and being unable to buy things in the shop so the circulation of diamonds increases. Since the circulation of diamonds has increased, their value starts going down, which leads to prices skyrocketing. The other reason the prices are this bad is because of how there's not many things to buy, people are saving up for halos now. This leads to increased demand and competition towards buyers, aka people are willing to overpay. You can't blame the overpricers because of this as you can only overprice so much till no one will buy it. The real culprit? The people who are willing to overpay.

it’s even worse now- nobody will accept less than 800k for SPRING 2020 like to me that’s just insane when it used to be 350k and now it’s upwards of 800k and it changed so much like the most value i thought it would get is 450k in over a year but it’s gone from 350k to 800k in less than a month

Honestly , its was fun back then when halos and most stuff in rh was a fair price! And I actually took a break from rh cause of dis prb and ngl many ppl did do the same! I miss the old rh where we we would pay like 2-3 m for hal halo 19 but its like just way too overpriced... I will prb start playing rh when the new school comes out! Personally, from experience. It's not the overpricing, it's the people willing to overpay that's the problem. You literally can NOT overprice and get trades UNLESS people are willing to overpay.

The highest amount of diamonds ive had at a single time (not all together of the 4 years ive been playing) just at a time, is normally only 100k on me… I dont normally try to obtain/buy halos, so I normally have a lot, but yes most of the time ppl have that much there possibly hacking…

I’m on the same goal and was close to getting scammed but my dumbness protected me :D I now just got my 4th halo and takeing a break to go for the teddies (also they all low tiers my most expensive one is mer 20). Good news is that at the time I got each I underpaid by 50k-250k and maybe more! And if ya bored try getting every item in game (it’s a lot and tbh I’m getting close ^^ only been tradeing since new year 21 came down)

Tbh i miss the day when ppl used to pay 400k for mermaid 2020, 1mil for halloween 2019 and just not overprice them... Like, not every single person in the world has enough robux to buy diamonds or gamepasses. Royale high is getting toxic because of the overpricers... I feel like the problem is that people complain about the price, but still actively try to trade for them. The only way to get sellers to stop overpricing to to lower the demand. You simply won’t be able to convince people who charge millions of diamonds to lower their prices without just not wanting the halos anymore. There are plenty of items that are being neglected because people want halos. Halos are just a way to feel rich and better about yourself. It does no good to get a halo if your not gonna wear in like every outfit.

in my opinion, i HATEEEEEEE the new halo tier list, ITS NOT FAIR! people are saying that the val 2019 is worth 2M and the val 2021 is 1M! like WHAT! thats no fair. even the halloween 2019 is worth like 10M! like, it's really hard for people to get this amount of diamonds.. not everyone has time to farm and some people dont have enough robux to get the diamonds they need to get the halo they want. it's just not fair. this is just my opinion please no hate and have a good day/night 😄

It’s actually quite fair. I follow Viselix’s halo chart on Twitter and keep myself updated regularly. They’ve already explained that the reason for halos being overpriced is due to inflation. They also state that they’ve gathered their information from the Trading Hub, Discord, and Traderie. If you’re upset at not having a halo then perhaps wait until the new school arrives. Once it does, the prices will drop exceedingly. There are other ways to get diamonds as well besides farming. Personally for me, cross-trading works best. You can try by finding a group on Discord for cross trading. If not, you can browse the web for places such as Reddit, Twitter, and more that offer that. All I suggest is to not go first unless the person is trusted with proofs. If you’re still unsure just find a trusted MM/MW with a decent amount of proofs.

earlier today I was in a tradings hub and I said 'Trading (such and such) for a halo' This girl trade me and asks me what the add ons are and I showed her, she said she would do the trade (mind that my offer for a halo was 766k+ 2020 Parasol+ some of the original halloween acc) then she put in her winter 2018 halo, I tried to tell her the real value of it but she had said that someone offered her 2 mil for it- then she asked me if I have adopt me pets to trade for it. so I just lied saying that was all im trading. then she declines on my while im still TRYING TO EXPLAIN THE VALUE ended up just leaving that server

I agree with you, this is getting too far. Its not fair for the people who dont have robux, its basically impossible for them to get a halo, and when they finally get the price, it’ll probably go up again. I have to admit, i have the multipliers, but not everyone including me has the time to farm EVERY SINGLE HOUR/ DAY / TIME. Players need to be mindful that not everyone has the diamonds and not everyone has a halo. It would be so much easier if people just based the halos on if for example they thought this was prettier than that in my opinion. Some people dont even like the HH19 halo but still pay lots for it just because of its rarity. The overpricing is killing me!! I currently only have 1 halo which is my dream halo, Halloween 2018. I overpayed (in that time apperently 👁👁) :) starfrost set, mermaid halo 2020, and 200k half a year ago. It was very frustrating seeing people want me to give them 600k + worth of items and rare accessories that are literally never coming back for that halo when it wasn't even high tier. I've had so many people tell me that I was overpaying when in every single server i went back then my offer was worthless. It was very sad seeing people offer 200k - 300k of their royale high life savings for halo and getting rejected because people wanted 700k - 800k for theirs, like im talking someone wanted that amount for the winter 2018 💀 when it was low demand. It's sad seeing that the trading hub hasnt changed. That's why I only enter royale high when there are new items on sale because im a collector. I feel like this is a reason why royale high is losing so many players. At this point the only thing that will save royale high is the new school.

The devs should just put a board with the value of all royale high items and should also put a limit of how many diamonds you can trade because lots of people are getting scammed, overpriced or being lied to. Some people don’t even know for sure what their items are even worth so sometimes they might get desperate to trade it for anything and can easily get scammed or lied to.

They can't even give us an update on time and yall are talking abt it. That's why you just need to have a head on your shoulders. List of things the dev’s need to do but probably wont because they dont care: 1)remove trading. Yeah you heard me. I know i just started playing a few days ago but i used to play a few years back and trust me the game was much more fun and WAYYY less toxic. 2)LOWER PRICES. NO EXPLANATION NEEDED. THEY ARE OUTRAGEOUS. 3)add jobs where you can actually make a profit. If they want to keep the prices then i suggest 7k-13k prices depending on the job. You basically get a salary 3-5 times a day. If they make the prices normal and not outrageous then i suggest 3k-5k salary 2-3 times a day. 4)add more ways to make diamond farming feel less like doing community service 15 hours a day because that’s what it currently feels like tbh. 💀 5)we want rp to come back as that’s initially what the game is for, so implement rp into the diamond farming ways so that we can bring back rp 6)LISTEN TO THE PLAYERS. WE PLAY THE GAME FOR GODS SAKES JUST TAKE A MOMENT TO BE OPEN-MINDED INSTEAD OF DOING THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT WE SUGGEST. 7)be more beginner friendly. Okay, so I was offering for Winter 2020 one day, and I remembered how a close friend of mine had got the halo for 300k diamonds, so I offered that much. And what they said shook me. "Uhh, yeah this halo is worth 800k now. Scammer" Excuse me? How could this low tier halo be worth almost 3 times more than it did a couple months ago? Also why am I the scammer? Pretty sure the roles are reversed if you're trying to make me pay you 800k for a low tier halo. And I had gotten my dream halo (Val 19) for 500k, and traded it a while later. And now its worth twice that!? How am I ever to get my dream halo back? All I'm saying is that trading sucks now, and I hope everything goes back to normal.

Look, I sold my winter halo 2020 (which I won from the fountain) for 50k, some of the wg set, some of the rr set, and a couple of accessories that aren't that in demand. I was fine with it. People have to realize that halos are just something you are gonna wear over your head sometimes, and your probably going to trade it anyways. It's not only halos either. Very toxic and pricey when it comes to seasonal sets aswell. ESPECIALLY Opposites Attract, December's Dream, and Goth Lolita. And with the Goth Lolita set there is NO exception as the price in diamonds is literally available. 1 candy for every 3 diamonds. But anyways, one time when I was trading for the Darling Valentina Lollipop heels, the girl wanted my December's Dream shoes, Bat Mo Heels, Lace up boots, Royale Rebel Skirt, 40k diamonds, Gothic cutie boots & jacket, and finally my Goth Lolita sleeves. Omg my sister experienced this. She made a low offer and she didn’t even know what glimmering was worth and people called her a scammer for being 5M low even though she was less than 5M low. Glimmering is about 2.1m or 2.4m. They called her a scammer, falsely reported her, and even called her POOR over it. She even asked how much it was worth and they called her STUPID for not knowing. Even someone was impersonating Royale Dior and she was even subbed to her. So she unsubbed and never said a word, smiled, or even played Roblox since.

Someone told me goth lol sleeves are worth 45k- if you do the math 1 candy is 3 diamonds 3,500 x 3 is 10,500 and yes it’s a seasonal item but 10,500 x 2 is 21,000 or sum so people in the trading hub are DEFINITELY losing their minds-
