Yep. Jerry Eisenberg and George Nicholas are among the animators. Also Iwao Takamoto designed the characters. It’s basically a bootleg Hanna barbera cartoon with terrytoons soundtrack.

It seems visually similar to the Disney’s jungle book movie which came out in 1967.

I wonder if Fred Calvert Productions also worked on the Sally Sargent pilot for Terrytoons too. Fred Calvert Productions animated the Ermergency +4 and I Am the Greatest-The Adventures of Muhammad Ali series
