Dropped everything to watch this one. Shit had me rolling 🤣 😂. Maybe the bend you did on it to make it fit restricted the air slightly and removing the silencer opened it back up? Doesn't matter homie, nice to see y'all having fun with The Wreckus.

You will get more gains tuning the cvt. Get yourself a polini variator and 5.5 gram dr pully sliders. Them 2 items made more a difference in performance than anything else.

I know you've been talking to The Ruck Shop, but you might also try Matt from Rolling Wrench here on RU-vid. Very nice, knowledgeable guy and he's out of Colorado...A little bit closer. "Wreckus" is starting to resemble a legitimate member of the #dbfam !

Best upgrade for a ruckus is to ditch that slow ass 50cc and go with gy6150 or a yamaha Zuma swap

You can add some back pressure into that exhaust by running 2 self tappers into the piping somewhere in an X configuration. If the piping is 1 1/2” for example run some 1 1/4” self tappers into the back side of the piping where it can’t be seen. An old Harley head gave me the advice when I put ground pounders on my bike and it made a HUGE difference!!

Get a Polini Variator and 4.5gram Dr. Pulley Variator weights. Will increase the RPM which increases MPH. Also make sure you have 38psi tire pressure and oil is filled to the correct level. Not overfilled. Get a CDI which eliminates the governor. I have a Rolling Wrench EFI/CDI box. NCY makes one as well that's commonly used but the Rolling Wrench products are all plug and play

Take silencer out wrap steal wool around silencer tube then put it back in. Should give a bit more power and smooth out the tone... This worked ver well on my dirt bike.. good luck bro

Looks sick bro! I think you should get your homie to coat in some kind of black texture instead of the chrome. He does such good work, it would make the difference. Then you'd have a fully custom exhaust for the Ruckus! You should hit up Carsandcameras RU-vid channel. They're wicked at small engines. Pretty funny guys too. They could make that Ruckus wicked fast! Probably do a video about it too.
