The new Wales coach had to resign last year from portland thorns after reporting to HR a player (emily menges) had feelings for her...and so did Rhian. HR said ok, no laws or policy has been broken, move along. But the Thorns players protested further and Rhian lost the locker room. Anyways just wondering what you guys would do if you were in the coach's position. If you dont report, you get sacked like jonathan morgan at sheffield, but if you abide by the rules and report it...the players essentially sack you. Also the players noted the relationship is inappropriate given the large age gap. But is a 30 yo in a relationship with a 40 yo a huge age gap? 🤔 Ruesha's former coaches Carolina and Nicola has a bigger age gap 😅
