Also nothing aganst the landlord/actress as I don't know her but the funny thing is I met a lady years ago who looked like this actress and she was crazy. You had to be so careful what you said as she would react to what she would jump to conclusions about what you were saying so I see this landlord and with her 3 rules but I absolutely loved the delivery "I"m getting older dear". Also Idk but wouldn't you think you would trying breaking rule one and rule 2 first but no these guys had to move to strike 3 first.

I would really disappoint this landlady. As a kid, when my parents would say, "Stay out of this closet, your presents are in there", I would listen. Still holds up today with my wife. Sure, I'm curious, but the suspense is part of the fun.

I love the landlady, she's acted in some really good horror movies and I'm seeing a lot of her over the last few years, and she never disappoints!!! I don't understand why it's so difficult for so many ppl to listen when a homeowner says' "U can live here, but don't go into that room!" I guess not very many folks have my mindset, "If it's not ur property or ur told not to touch or go into a certain place, be respectful and listen because u wouldn't want someone doing the same to u?" I know I'd pass the test? I loved this, the only thing I can ask for is more of a darker colored blood, and more films from this company?

Pretty good. Did these idiots break a rule on their first night? Would like to see a backstory on the sisters. Maria Olsen, who played the one renting to the couple, has been in almost 200 movies and currently has 36 in development. She may not be as famous as other celebs, but I’ll be damned if she didn’t find her niche in the horror genre and does very well in it.
