very accurate statement when i pray and shut my body down for the night i have a process then a prayer but yep .. guitar playing is the key to deleting past or future tense thoughts only existing in the now , i could be wrong but some of what i said last time we talked got yae thinking

I just feel more convinced about some ideas that are being shared in this video, and feel that I’m going to record some of it.
