Rotaries are expensive to drive, but the RX7 is a 90s sports car. Totally expected. 2 rotors are equivalent to a 6 cylinder engine, most 6 cylinder BMWs barely get any higher MPGs than an RX-7. So it’s not expensive relative to what it is.
