8:41 I’m not a 99 player but I do play Leland quite a bit and have many different builds with him and when I couldn’t play Leland because a level 99 player did I’m like oh he has some skill.Literally gets deleted by leatherface in like 4 seconds when he had wall gaps
Lvl 99 just means he plays a lot doesn’t mean they are good I play both Victim and family but I’m def a better family player than victim and when I play victim I’m only good with Leland and Sonny
This build is actually good to leland. No need high prof for fusebox, stun to do objectives and save lives, his strength for gen, fusebox and gen combo with saboteur. Its sad this perk is not available to leland anymore.

Yo arctik, my build for leland is similar to yours too, you have to try max proficency with the perk that increase ur prof instead the choose fight. If you read this comment, please make a video where you try it

@@b58naki go to your skill tree and hit the respec button (Y if you are playing xbox). Then you have to go through the tree, picking paths again. All accessed from customization at home screen and selecting the character you want.
