"The Cursed child" is NOT canon. Voldemort has NO kin! Rowling may approved of the play but that does not make it canon. She also approved of several well written fanfictions but that don't make them canon either.

You should omit Cursed Child information as it goes against original canon in so many ways concerning Time Turners (mainly, what you did you always had done so the present doesn't change). It's as bad as Dumbledore being dressed as a fashionable Man-About-Town-Dandy while teaching at Hogwarts in the Grindelwald movie.

What caused muggles to stop hunting witches and wizards? How did they even forget about the existence of magic? Also, why were they hunting and killing wizards? Why was there no peace? Just wondering.

This is just a comment about the cursed child Now I just find Voldemort having a child is actually impossible because (well not impossible but very ( just can’t explain) anyway Voldemort can’t Love because he was conceived under a love potion so yeah plus the cursed child is just awful but that is just my opinion

I have a theory regarding the origin and history of the Gaunt family. Given that they claimed to be the direct descendants of Salazar Slytherin and share their belief in pure-blood supremacy along ability in speaking Parseltongue similar to Salazar himself, the Gaunt family is a cadet branch of the Slytherin family where they were one of the wealthiest and most prominent British wizarding families. At some point, at least one male member of the Gaunt family married with a descendant of Cadmus Peverell, the original owner of the Ressurection Stone, where they also inherited the Stone (and they eventually forgot what is the Stone actually in the later generations) just like how the Potters got the Cloak of Invisibility. With Corvinus Gaunt is confirmed to be Hogwarts' student, it can be inferred that the Gaunts also educated at Hogwarts where presumably they were traditionally sorted into Slytherin like the Black and Malfoy families. However by the time their wealth and source of income ran dry because of their penchant for luxury combined with mental instability and several deformities as the result of the generations of inbreeding which also reduced the members of family, the Gaunts eventually became the outcast from the circle of elite wizarding families where they lived in poverty along with their children stopped attending Hogwarts (although the Hogwarts fee is free, they still need to buy the school supplies with their own money) and only taught magic at home.
