A remake of Fire Emblem Gaiden.
"On the continent of Valentia lived a pair of sibling gods, Mila and Duma. These two gods fought a savage war over their conflicting ideals, before finally forging a pact to divide the continent into two. Afterwards, two nations-Rigel and Zofia-were formed around these gods. In the coming millennia, the continent ushered in an age of peace. However, in the current era, war threatens to engulf Valentia once again and only two youths-Alm and Celica-hold the power to stop it."

Easily my favorite Player Phase theme in the entire game. Every battle after Act 3 on Celica's route instantly feels that much more intense with this playing in the background while your units traverse through thick smog and poisonous swamps containing hoards of Terrors and Arcanists. Compared to the earlier ones, I never got tired of fighting in Act 4, and even actively looked forward to encountering more enemies!

It was the opposite for me lmao, Act 4 tired me out with the fightings, especially on Alm's side with the Dragon's Maw and the necrodragons that just won't stop respawning, but that's also my favorite player phase theme, it's so so good

The first couple of seconds when I first heard this song during my first playthrough, I wasn't sure what to think, but then the melody went on, and holy moly is it amazing! This deserves so much more recognition! It fits so well, and alongside the map theme it really makes you feel like you are reaching the end of the game. I won't mention the battles themselves, however, 'cause swamps... ....

I never farmed in this game my very first time I did every dungeon only one time i never made any dungeon more than one time I never used items like "it reduces the magical dmg u get by 50%" I used a helm as item that raised ur def nothing more I had no way possible to look which classes are good/which are not cuz it was literally 1 day after release when i almost finished the game so i gave my units completely wrong classes I had so much trouble w all those skull warriors and not to forget: those dragons I managed to reach duumas tower w celica It was so damn horrific as they approached me with more and more skull guardians so i tried to evade them luckily i managed to come through this after many many hours Later The final battle ripped me apart i was not able to kill these eye... things and kill their summoner i was trapped in a loop So i gave up i was not able to complete this challenge until the end even though i was so close to finish it

🤝 can't say i didn't beat the game in the end BUT i did forget to recruit like half the characters in celica's route so it was ultra pain for me too lol 😔

This is one of the toughest end game segments in any Fire Emblem I find. Especially the final map but I know your pain with the summoner constantly summoning more and more units in that swamp. I somehow managed to beat it but in the final map I lost one or two units I was very fond of, trying to keep alive until the end. Their sacrifice though allowed me to beat the game and I was so happy. I wish they would port this to Switch....I would love to replay it again on my Switch but I feel the same for Fates and Awakening as well.

@@juanhurtado7244 I know but dude.. this is the experience that i wanted to have i love playing the hard way since i am a masochistic bastard, who is bored otherwise... and i don't regret it. To be fair: probably could have googled, how to farm exp. or something like that. But i avoided that on purpose cuz it ruins my experience you know?
