They are willingly get into this messy legal battle. I wish they didn't but It's too late now. They will face long legal battle and potentially huge amount of penalty if they lose. If I were them, I would just stay away from legal battle. It's not their fight. They sugarcoated it but it was all about 70 million dollars worth of stock buyback options. These girls will not get access to these stock payout. Sigh.....

The girls say they're doing this alone, but they're clearly following a script and even though they claim to be lost girls without MHJ, they're capable of giving a 14-day notice, indicating that if their request to bring back their CEO (since she's still working as a producer at ADOR) isn't met, they'll take measures... like the notice an official must give to his company to terminate his legal contract... Who recorded them? In another video they say it was the guy who is MHJ's right hand man and who is an official of Kakao.

These girls have no idea how corporations work, sadly. Intentional or not, MHJ was problematic for SM, and now Hybe. If the group honestly takes issue with the pressure of a work contract, then ask for adjusted work conditions, not randomly demand an irresponsible manager to be rehired. I never saw a girl group as arrogant as NJ and they are not even as famous as Blackpink Twice 2ne1 and Girls Generations. They are luck BigHit earned money from BTS worldwide popularity and BangPD was able to built Hybe. Otberwise ADOR will never exist as Hybe subsidiaries. BangPD is BTS father while MHJ is NJ mother in showbiz. As the saying goes..Like parents like children..

I think Hybe has a hidden agenda towards NJ that we're not aware of yet. Remember the attacks against MHJ began when she started asking questions about Hybe's future plans for NJ, and that Hybe used a bullshit excuse to go after her. Hybe still doesn't have any problems with MHJ/NJ's creative output so the idea that Hybe needed to rip apart a successful team because she explored, but never acted upon, a plan to take NJ private just doesn't make any sense unless Hybe has something planned they didn't want MHJ interferring with. Further proof that Hybe's claim of supporting NJ is just bullshit is how the girls have been treated since MHJ was sent (illegally) packing and some Boss Bitch HR weasel was put in charge of them. Machiavelli always said that fighting by the rules while your opponent isn't just insures you're going to lose, so I'm glad the girls did their livestream and called out Hybe's shitty treatment of them and put them on the defensive for a change. Another rule, this time from "The Art of War" by Sun Tzu, is to keep the enemy guessing what you're up to, and by announcing a firm date of 9/25 to restore the old status quo, NJ sent shock waves through Hybe, who now has to wonder what will happen and how to prepare for it.
