Hi it`s Nestor I want to thanks Rod & Kevin and the entire Predatory Fins family for giving my fish a good home. As I sit here reading all the comments I can`t help tear up. I would like to thank every one for the well wishes and prayers and I send blessing to you all. I would also like to thank every one that gave to the my gofundme. He died this morning after bravely stood against all odds he stayed with us almost 2 years after being told he'll last 3 to 6 months.thank all for tour hopes and prayers. Hello All! I come with some good news. Seems the treatments plus all your well wishes is starting to show hope. We got the news a few hours ago about most of the cancer mass's shrinking a little apart from one that grow ever so slightly bigger in his right kidney. The doctor wanted to see a far better results then what we got, but it better having some progress then no progress to the treatment. I have said Nestor is in a 2 year plan treatment for the cancer. So hopefully with continuing the treatment the progress in the future we'll have better results. Once again with eyes full of tears I/ We are so grateful for all of the wonderful wishes and support you have given to us. Sending my warmest of thoughts to all those going through hard time in life. I'm here if ever one of you' wish to share or talk of some troubles you are going through. We need to know we are not as alone with troubles in our life's as we feel we are. Sad because that was probably the moment Ma realized her son really is in bad shape. Yes I know she probably already knew, but it probably hit harder seeing this happen. Chemotherapy and radiation treatments kicked the crap out of me. So don't be surprised if it doesn't do the same thing to you. But you look like a strong person with a positive attitude and using your own strength that I see you have from just seeing from video you will be fine. Thats as long as you don't give up on yourself. And also you will find that the prayers from everyone actually help brother. Know this you are in my prayers and the prayers of many others brother. We lost our dad to spine cancer that was missed he was just uncomfortable for a small time told the dr and they ran all the tests and scans went in to have it removed and found it had grown into his lungs and liver also and that was only a few months. much love from Michigan. he needs to alkaline his body. the cancer treatments they offer is worse than the cancer itself. alkaline foods 24/7 365 no meats or potatoes or wheat or corn or grains. breaks down as acids. meats are the reason for most of the health issues in this country and not many american drs. will even tell u this.

Hearing the heartbreaking in Nestors mom's voice had me tearing up. It's a very great thing you guys are doing. As much as it has to hurt, I'm sure it gives Nestor immeasurable peace of mind to know his fish are going to be very well taken care of. Nestor stay strong and positive brother!!!

So this is beyond heart breaking to me. I have lost 10 very close family members to Cancer, I have 2 that have won their battles. My 23 year old nephew just beat stage 3 testicular Cancer that had spread to his stomach, lungs, and brain lining. DJ got to ring the bell yesterday. I say this cuz I believe in miracles and I believe that this man is to stubborn to let cancer take everything form him. His wife loves him, you can see it in her eyes. He is good hands with her. I feel this man will be beat his battle and win his fight.

I worked in pet stores for around 20 years. It's great to see someone giving their fish the space they need. Most people buy a red tail when it's 2 inches long and get rid of it when it starts getting bigger, or just let it die. I would love to keep red tails, but I just don't have the space for one. Funny thing is, when I watch River Monsters, I sit there tsaying, "I sold those when they were 2" long!" Back in the day (25 years ago), the book, "Tank Busters" put a lot into perspective for me and helped to advise my customers. Thankfuly, those that knew what they were getting into left with said fish, the others, I was allowed to not sell it to them.

My prayers to you, Nestor and Gloria! Two years ago I was diagnosed with testicular cancer wich had spread to my lungs and lymphnodes. After chemotherapy my cancer is in remision and I am on my way to total recovery! You can do this!!!! The best of luck in your oncoming battle!!!

Hello everyone I come with a heavy heart to say my husband Nestor is no longer with us. Nestor passed July,7,24 two days after his 52 birthday. He fought till the end he got home hospice June ,5,24 he lasted 32 days without chemo before taking his last breath in my arms while he said I love you to me. My world turn upside in my heart he's in a better place. Thank you all ❤️💙

I don't even know how to get started I want to see I watched the video with the rescue of nesters fish and I heard the problem that he has to go through and he just bought back what I just went through losing my mother in September with a fight with cancer and I couldn't hold it in no longer I had to cry and it is hurtful and I like the with him and his family all the love in this world and I like to give a special chance to the family of predatory fins you guys did a remarkable job

I’ve made a small donation. I’m many thousands of miles away in UK. Each month I spend time filling in silly online surveys for cash and at various points I donate that money forward. It’s not vast, but it’s something. This guy cares, he cares about the well-being of his fish. That matters. I am wishing Nestor all the best. I’m unwell myself too with a different problem but life threatening also if things go wrong so I feel what is going on when he is locked in his head with his thoughts. We are all brothers.

Hey nestor this john ur family is in my prayers I hope u get better and the help u need because 15 years ago I lost my dad he was only 53 years old both his kidneys failed and his liver two months matter that I lost my grandmother and in September my mom got diagnosed with cancer but she's been cancer free ever since the holidays are always tuff for me with out my dad it was so bad now I have to take add medicine and depression medicine just to keep going but it helps me I don't like taking them but I have to in the begining my friends never saw me or my family because I was to depressed over losing my father when they would call me I would just hit end button and that would be for a couple of months but if I didn't have my depression medicine I don't know where I would be I probably be up in heaven with my dad I missed him that much so I am praying for u and ur family for u to get better and I am really sorry that ur going through this its not easy
