In the long run, RU-vid will start to change your perspective on things and how you see your subscribers and views. This usually leads to burnout and anxiety about creating. at least for me. I hope this helps and motivates people to create, see the truth and continue creating for the reason they first started.

Sorry but I don't agree at all. That's not on you, that's on youtube. That's youtube that decide of the thresholds for monetization, that's youtube that decide that you can't take a break, that's youtube that tweak the algorhytm that way, that's youtube that feed you all those numbers and that's youtube that make the bulk of the money on your back and gets to decide how much of the crumbs they give you and when. Keep doing it if you want but never forget that it is not your fault here sir.

That’s what I pretty much meant but didn’t say it in those words exact. The sad thing about RU-vid is that it pushes those numbers and it might change your perspective on things. But you have to remember there’s people behind those numbers and just keep on going. I don’t think it’s the creators fault to begin with. It’s always the platform pushing those creators.
