If you are caught in a hurricane and in shock from losing your home and all of your possessions, the last thing people need is attitude from a certain segment of the population being ungrateful to people who are trying to help.

Wow, I've never even heard of this ration, let alone seen one reviewed! Salvation Army does a lot of charity drives coming up to Christmas here in the UK to help the homeless and underprivileged families and kids. I had no idea they produced rations too, although it would make sense for the homeless, there's everything you need for a decent breakfast. Great review :)
I wonder what the calorie value is ? And since it can all be stored and eaten at room temperature, that makes logistics simpler. Wouldn't be the best thing in cold or wet weather, but otherwise adequate. In a disaster, it would work.

Put the milk on the cereal, ya dolt. Throw the raisins in the yogurt or as a jam in the crackers and eat up. It’s emergency food. Starving people would be enthused to have it. They wouldn’t be acting stoic or bored with it. They’d be overjoyed. Are you always so “exciting?”

From top to bottom well the CEOs of United Way / Red Cross ……to the bottom the CEO of the Salvation Army was paid at that Time $16,000 a year while the top executives were paid $$$$$ hundreds

The milk is now called UHT which stands for Ultra Heat Treated. It used to be called sterilised and in Northern England, some people liked sterilised milk and other pasteurised, so the milkmen delivered both to order. Sterilised came in a tall bottle with a metal cap, and pasteurised in a squat bottle with a foil cap. Southern England tended to drink pasteurised and nothing else.

No, I got this from a guy in my church. He was in florida last year when a hurricane hit and he got stuck there. He got some of those and ate them while down there. When I told him about my channel he brough this ration out and gave it too me.
