Hi there VHTV loyal subscribers and forum friends,
Well it's almost taken 3 months to complete this review but here it is broken down into 2 parts.
When I and Davy started shooting these VHTV Spectre's back in the middle of February we knew that they were something very special, so decided right back then not to rush a good thing but to push the rifles to the extreme limit to see what they were cable of.
In this 2 part review you will see the Sandwell Field Sports VHTV Spectres in action at the shop, on the indoor range, on the out door range, then finally in the field culling legal UK vermin.
I hope that you will agree after watching these 2 parts that Tony Wall at Sandwell Field Sports as yet again produced a great job with these rifles, yet again showing people the work he and his staff produce.

I've been using sandwell field sports for over 20 years. Tony and the team are lovely people and always there to help. Needless to say his work is second to non!

Thanks John. The rifle is so nice to shoot that with practice in the right weather conditions you can shoot under an inch pretty easily.

I've had this on in the background while cleaning me Prosport. Them bottle tops is a fair old shot Si. Only thing is... I'm sure it's pronounced " Spec-ter' mate ...as in ghosts or James Bond.

Hi all, being a weihrauch owner myself, Dutch (so not German), I would still like you to mention the name WEIHRAUCH rather more prominently in your vids; after all the rifle was not produced by SFS, was it? Brilliant, well done to everyone involved. Just one tiny point, SPECTRE is pronounced specter not spectrer. The accuracy of the rifles beats some pcp's. A great film.

The stock is the CS700 with added adjustable butt pad. CS stands for custom stock.

Just watched both episodes, Great review of these highly accurate rifles from tony and the team from SFS, What can you say , STAGGERING what he does with them ! Great shooting lads, love the 60 yrd kitt si, well shot. and davey, that was a great shot on that rabbit on the banking ! When can i play with that .177 to see if i like it davey........ atb phil

Price wise you would need to phone SFS and ask. We got ours along with a lot of other shooting items at a reduced price so I cant honestly say.

Looks a nice rifle but not sure it would be any more accurate than a well set up tx200 or hw97k. By the look and adding up the value of components it has I'd say these would retail around the £650+ mark at a guess. I've had very, very close chrono readings( consistency wise) from my Nickg tuned Tx200HC in .22 which I paid just over £200 + tune up. I'd be interested if Si and Davey would consider taking my TX on for a comparison? If so it's theirs FOC

great videos guys. would you ever try tuned rifles from other well know tuners? I have a stage 2 hw97k from sfs and a stage 2 hw97k from another well known tuner. theirs a huge difference between the 2 rifles. shot consistency and felt recoil. perhaps mine was a 'friday' sfs tuned rifle.

Come on guys there's a vital bit of info missing here. . . . . . . .how much are they ? Am looking at selling my HMR as am not using it much to fund something like this ! Ps keep up the great work and shooting !

According to CGP 6.5 FPE at 60 meters mate.
