The Sandy Spire Milestone 2 

At over 1400 feet tall with over 100 floors, 4700 hotel rooms, over 100 elevators, and 44 escalators, it is largest hotel created in Skyscrapersim. This building features the largest installation of Dover Elevators of any building created in the simulator. There are six pools, two spas, and a fitness center. Three restaurants have been added with more on the way in a later version. The Sandy Spire also includes the largest parking garage and convention room in Skyscrapersim.
Skyscrapersim Build 6/12/24 or newer recommended
