Download on iTunes now. Album 'Chasing Lights' out now in all good stockists. Still minus Frankie, the girls perform Up live on National Television Awards.
The Sats ARE real talent! They all sing good and just like someone commented before, Vanessa sounds just like how she does on the album, which proves she has an amazing voice. And if you don't think they sing live well, go listen to them perform "Issues" or "Chasing Lights".
What? The Saturdays have sold 215,000 singles & albums combined in the UK so far, while Girls Aloud have sold roughly 5,525,000 singles & albums combined in the UK. So your sales figures are certainly inflated. Girls Aloud have been around for six years, The Saturdays have been around for six months so it's silly to compare their sales to try and demonstrate who's best.
Rochelle is a DAMN GOOD SINGER. Go listen to "Issues" and "Ego" to hear her solos. She just isn't featured on this song is all. Second best behind Vannessa. Vannessa has The BIG voice of the group and can hit and hold those long, high parts. Una and Frankie have the smooth voices soft voices. Mollie sings with more of a american pop sound.
Vanessa rocks! Her voice is hard and strong. And when the part is when Vanessa does the high notes its sounds not good for the rest. Una is on the beginning not so good. And she sings a little bit low.
trust a crowd of 'celebrities' [most of them are NOT] to be too up their own asses to watch, and enjoy a music performance. I seriously would have just walked off.
Issues is the ONLY song of theres I have heard live and they sung it beautifully, THIS however shows that they can't sing up beat songs. Vanessa is the ONLY one capable of singing. Sure I like the band, BUT they are AVERAGE!!
Using the crowd as an excuse is stupid! Truth is they are terrible singers and can't hold a note. They only sound good on other performances because they have a loud backing track.
