Sausage from the fire - generally to be eaten hot, but at the stage of production it is completely heat-treated, so there is nothing to prevent you from grabbing it and eating it cold. Strong in flavors and spicy, and when served hot, the flavors intensify even more.
You can only heat it up or bake it properly - who likes what. In this version, it should not be cut before baking over a fire.
