St. Seraphim Rose knowingly communed new calendarists in the 70's up until his repose. He told them they were truly Orthodox. He told one such pilgrim (our parish priest) to stay in Antioch and not join Rocor. It's not something you can read about in memoirs but come and talk to the people that knew him..

Based on how many of those who "knew" Fr. Seraphim betrayed what he stood for and lived for (he and Fr. Herman knew this would happen). You want me to believe your position, but all you have to say is "trust me bro". Also, those like Damascene are sly and deceitful. I would never trust them, since they betrayed the spirit of real ROCOR. And went as far as to censore and edit many writings, they promote lies.

I see that we must open ourselves to all the Orthodox who aren't being helped by their own bishops - Fr. Seraphim Rose on Communing New calendarist He is saying he has to give the Body & Blood to Orthodox people who are not getting the Body & Blood from their own bishops. Read between the lines - in there is a glimpse of the Royal Path.

You must be talking about Paul Baba. We aren’t buying it. You know why? Because I’ve read the Orthodox Word and almost all his letters. The man was not in support of The New Calendar and I don’t believe he would ever tell anyone to go to World Orthodoxy or Stay. When he communed New Calendarist it was on a individual basis and it was because they weren’t getting the sacraments in World Orthodoxy. Why else would they go to a True Orthodox monk.

so what should i do now? im an orthodox from romania, i dont understand the thing with the calendar, are we still on the iulian calendar or not? if we are on the gregorian, what should i do? explain please?

Well, as I understand it, generally, the New Calednarists use the "revived Julian Calendar" which is a perversion embracing the papist calendar. Do research on the struggle of the True Orthodox Church of Romania and their struggle against the apostasy of the Romanian State Church. Romania has a rich history of resistance to the apastasy.

@@Death2Compromise so it means that i am not following the good path, i need to ask my priest if the church from my village is following the Julian Calendar or the revived Julian Calendar, i ask this because i have a fear in me, i dont want to be an heretic, i want my family to be saved, i want to follow the true Church, if my priest says that we are following the revived julian Calendar what should i do? what can i do to follow the true church of Christ? Its unbelievable hurting to find out in the future that my priest and a lot of orthodox priests dont follow the right calendar, i dont know what to believe anymore, please help me!

Bro thinks he knows what donatism is. Logically, if we went by your definition of donatism, we would have to call St. Mark of Ephesus a donatist. At least have some consistency. There is no way around it., I already tried. Also, I'm not sure why you say "bro is a donatist" because these are NOT my words in the video.

@@Death2Compromise What about the fact that the churches of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate are now being captured by thugs under the guise of parishioners and handing them over to the so-called Orthodox Church of Ukraine (which was “blessed” by Patriarch Bartholomew of Istanbul). The churches are empty, but politically “correct”. In your opinion, Bartholomew is not a Catholic litter, is he?
