I dont see a disabled man, I see a guy who just wants to work, and he is clearly capable, the world needs more positive stories like this, kudos to his boss for giving him the opportunity to work and prove himself.

Exactly - lad wants to graft, I say let him graft! Make whatever adjustments you can to help him do the job, but the rewards of helping someone into work far outweigh the effort on the employers part.

What an amazing man, I don't see a disabled person I just see a person that's a little bit diffrent and is still putting 100 percent in and that's all any boss could ask for

Wow I love that!!!! I got a cousin that’s got a disability and he loves carpentry, I got the most time for that boy! That’s what the most high created us for being kind and loving it’s natural 🇯🇲

I have always called Down syndrome UP syndrome, especially as all the people I have met with UP syndrome in my lifetime of support work have been cheerful, happy, gentle, loving , and very hard working. Go Todd !! X😊
