This video has been on the back burner for a bit. I've been wanting to make a video on this game but I couldn't figure out how I wanted to structure it. Then out of the blue it all came to me, so now we're here. Also sorry I've been gone for so long, I was having a hard time finding motivation to do any sort of project, hopefully that feeling has passed now.
While re-watching the video to make sure I didn't miss anything I realized my theory was incorrect. The Gap Guardian refers to only one entity that has the others in his possession, not the four like I assumed.

Yeah, I had a similar issue. Instead of messing up it was the game randomly deciding I failed, even though I checked the trap like two seconds before.

The hint in the key is meant to go back to one of his previous games, aka Ghostbusters: Paranormal Clash. The reason the key is invisible there is because it is visible in Paranormal Clash and you're meant to run back to GBE and then click on it there.

For “ Ghostbusters Extermination” I have an idea for a playable map, the Boogieman’s Domain from “The Real Ghostbusters” cartoon. The Boogieman can be the levels boss. I know it’s not in the 2009 video game but considering this takes place in alternate universe I think it could work . If this lore is true this could be where they end up going missing after all the Boogieman is known for causing disappearances in urban legends.
